Many choices organized in categories. Takeout is delivery only. I've ordered from here three times already. Last order was boneless mutton Sukka, butter chicken, mixed vegetable curry (Chettinad Veg Kurma), and a Ceylon paratha. Very delicious. Delivered at early range of estimate. When ordering, allow one dish per person to share. I will try eating on site next.

I love the spice! And my favorite dish is the Chicken Buryani! It's my favorite dish at my favorite place to get it.

Okay, dosa lovers, listen up! I recently rediscovered Anjapara after a long absence (their appam and stew are to die for!), and let me tell you, their dosas did NOT disappoint. Seriously, if you appreciate a truly quality dosa, this is the place to be. Forget those other dosa huts - Anjapara knows what's up! The taste is incredible, and the service is top-notch. Speedy order-taking and delivery? Check! Friendly servers? Double check! I devoured my dosa (obviously), but wasn't a huge fan of their falooda. But honestly, who cares when the dosas are this good? It's officially my go-to spot for this South Indian delicacy. The ambiance is also fantastic - spacious, with plenty of seating. And even though it's popular, I've never had to wait for a table. Plus, they consistently maintain their high food quality, which is a major win in my book. If you're craving dosa, go to Anjapara! You won't regret it.

came to anjappar chettinad for a work team lunch. service was efficient. dishes are on the smaller side but we ordered a lot of food and came out to ~$25pp. favorites included the chicken 65, dosa, and anjappar chicken. they can do less spicy modifications. i liked the regular spice level of the chicken 65 and anjappar chicken. didn't care for the butter chicken but everything else was good. curries and meat portions are small, but most dishes come with parantha/rice to fill you up. would come back with larger groups.

This place has some of the best Indian food I have had. Love love their crispy onion rava dosa. This is what I get every time I come here. Tried their lunch vegetarian Thali dish this time and Madras coffee filter. Really good. My colleague showed us how to drink the coffee. Check out the video. :) To round up the meal we had Falooda (rose ice cream) as dessert. Great ambience just a little slow in service as they only have 1-2 person in restaurant running the front.

Recently ordered from here for delivery, used to eat often for Indo Chinese non veg a few years back then ended up trying other places and hadn't tried their food for a long time. Anjappar Popular Non-Veg Meal was way better than expected, all 3 curries (mutton, chicken & fish) were tasty and so were the other veg items when I tried them later. This was filling enough to last 2 complete meals (lunch & dinner). The amount of plastic tubs in the delivery order is a nightmare for recycling since nothing is compostable and they have to go to trash, but I can understand its hard to have sustainable packaging for thali type meal with a variety of items that shouldn't get mixed during transport. Based on the taste & quality of this order, I plan to try them more often for Indian curries. Last time I'd ordered some Indo Chinese food which was decent but not worth the travel distance (that was a pickup order, and I have several good options nearby).

Came in on a Saturday at about 6pm and this place wasn't busy to my surprise and was seated right away. The server was so friendly and helpful as I don't eat Indian often, but I can say it was sooo good! We ordered the Palak Paneer which was so fresh and tasty and also ordered the Kadai Vegetable which was sweeter than I thought, but still good. The star of the show was the mutter and it was so good I didn't even get a picture LOL! Please note that I am not a big spice person and we thought medium would be ok, but NO NO... we got no spice and it was plenty for me haha! Plenty of parking as it is located in a strip mall. Will be back as this place was super good and the service was great. The location is also modern and feels upscale.

They don't compromise on flavors and are unapologetically authentic when it comes to taste. If you're a non vegetarian lover like me, come hungry and try an array of dishes here. My husband and I love Anjappar for their chicken lollipop, chicken manchurian, burnt garlic chicken noodles with egg, mutton meal thali, mutton uppu kari, mutton masala, garlic naan, samba biryani and the star of their menu, prawn onion pepper. Nothing beats the flavor of their indo chinese menu. Their appams and curries are amazing! Try their mutton bone soup on a chilly evening and thank me later. Their thalis are a great deal and they have probably the best mutton thali in the bay area. We try not to order anything online because dining here and consuming piping hot food straight from the kitchen just awakens your senses. The food here reminds me of the flavors I grew up eating, and for that, I'm ready to ignore the price they charge per dish. It is justified when they serve amazing food (dine-in in our experience). We'll be back!
